PLAY N TRADE’S BOUNTY SYSTEM

Game collecting just became a game of its own!

Paid Members can post Bounties on games they’re hunting for, and other players (aka Bounty Hunters) can track them down for premium trade-in rewards.

Earn leaderboard glory, store credit, and bragging rights!

HOW IT WORKS

Setting a Bounty

• Must be an iNsider Club Member ($25/year).
• Max 3 active bounties per member.
• Come into the store to post your bounty.
• Max 5 total bounties per title.

Details Required:
‣ Game title + console
‣ Condition requirements (e.g. CIB, Mint Disc, etc.)
‣ Any extras (manual, case variant, inserts, etc.)

Claiming a Bounty

• Anyone (member or non-member) can be a Bounty Hunter. But you cannot cash out for a bounty YOU put out.
• Bring the game into the store for premium trade-in value, based on rarity + condition.
• Payouts usually start at 50% of market value, and increase over time the longer it’s listed.
• First to claim = first to win.
• Rare or high-demand titles may start higher.
• You’re racing the store! Wait too long and we might find it first.

Verification: Must match the listed condition exactly and pass testing before payout.

AFTER THE HUNT

• Bounty Board (in-store + Discord) updates to Claimed.
• The Hunter earns:
‣ Premium trade-in value
‣ Discord EXP
‣ Leaderboard placement

• The Poster has 7 days to pick up their game before it goes into store inventory.

DEPOSITS (For Rare Bounties)

• For items $100+, a 20% refundable deposit may be required, depending on how niche the item is.
• Deposit can be refunded until the store purchases the bounty item.
• If the item is found but not purchased, the deposit is forfeited.
• Example: Posting a bounty for Kuon and ghosting = no refund as that's a significant risk to the store.

RULES & CONDITIONS

• Members can’t claim their own bounties.
• All trades follow normal store trade-in rules.
• Condition grades (Mint, CIB, etc.) verified by staff.
• Pricing based on PriceCharting current market value.
• Bounty limits:
‣ 3 bounty requests per member
‣ 5 bounties open per item, overall
• Abuse (fake posts, ghosting, lowballing) = suspension from the program.

LEADERBOARDS
Two live leaderboards in the Discord:
Most Bounties Claimed (quantity)
Highest Bounty Value Claimed (market value total)

Winners earn bragging rights, exclusive discounts, and future perks!

TL;DR

Members post bounties for wanted games.
Hunters find them for premium value.
Discord Leaderboards track the top Hunters.
Collecting just got a whole lot more fun.
